Music is about connection. When we hear a song we love, there’s something in it that resonates or mirrors something back to us. So often, music expresses for us the things we need to say or hear.
Thinking deeply and self-reflection are not always our defaults.
And yet, exploring our inner world and bringing awareness to ourselves is the first step in creating lasting change and true transformation in our lives.
